An individual arts therapy session invites you to explore a significant moment and then represent the experience using various art mediums - giving it form before further reflection. Art making is another way of knowing, and its process is a way of making meaning. Guided by the creative process and exploring what emerges, we can find out what matters, what it means, and begin to make choices around other possible ways of being in the world.

Arts Therapy can help with concerns that are difficult to talk about. As a result, clarity and insight can develop, tension can be released, and self-awareness increased. It can also help you develop healthy coping skills, be empowered, identify core values and seek alignment.

Individual Art Therapy sessions are available for all ages from the Folk n Fable Studio in Bentleigh East. All art materials are included. No prior art experience is required.
