EFT TAPPING

***coming soon ****

  • EFT, often referred to as “tapping,” is a gentle, body-based approach that combines elements of psychology with acupressure. It involves lightly tapping on specific points on the body while bringing attention to a thought, feeling, or experience.

This process helps regulate the nervous system and reduce the intensity of emotional responses. Rather than pushing feelings away, EFT works by safely engaging with them, allowing the body to process and release what has been held.

  • EFT can support a wide range of emotional and physical experiences, particularly where stress, overwhelm, or learned patterns are present.

    It may assist with:

    • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

    • Persistent or looping thoughts

    • Trauma responses and heightened emotional reactivity

    • Low mood, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs

    • Fears and phobias (e.g. flying, lifts, medical procedures)

    • Cravings and habit patterns (e.g. emotional eating, sugar cravings)

    • Physical symptoms connected to stress or tension

By calming the body while staying gently connected to the experience, EFT helps shift patterns that can feel stuck, creating more space for regulation, clarity, and choice.

  • EFT sessions are guided, collaborative, and paced to suit you.

We begin by identifying what feels most present; this might be a specific situation, emotion, body sensation, or belief. From there, I guide you through a series of tapping points, using simple, supportive language to stay connected to your experience.

Sessions are responsive and flexible. Some are quiet and reflective; others may involve insight, emotional release, or a shift in perspective. There’s no pressure to “get it right”, we follow what emerges.

  • Not necessarily. EFT can be effective without going deeply into the full story or verbal details.

We work at a level that feels safe and manageable for you. The focus is less on retelling everything and more on how the experience is held in the body and nervous system, allowing change to happen without overwhelm.
